ADT is seeking motivated, customer-focused professionals to join our team as Field Sales Solutions Advisors . In this role, you'll help homeowners and small business owners protect what matters most by recommending customized security, smart home, automation, and monitoring solutions.

- Meet with residential and small business customers in their homes or businesses.
- Conduct security and technology consultations to identify customer needs.
- Present and demonstrate ADT security, smart home, video surveillance, and automation solutions.
- Design customized protection packages that deliver value and peace of mind.
- Generate new business through company-provided leads, self-generated prospecting, referrals, networking, and community engagement.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process.
- Accurately prepare proposals, contracts, and related sales documentation.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics.
- Stay current on industry trends, products, and competitive offerings.
- Commission based.
- Prospect in designated territory.
