Japanese Accounting Assistant
Accounting Assistant Bilingual Japanese Speaking

Japanese Accounting Assistant Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 22.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:00pm)
Accurately enter financial data, journal entries, payroll and transactions into accounting software Sage accounting software.
Process vendor invoices, monitor employee expense reports, manage billing, and issue customer payments/receipts.
Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and ledger discrepancies to ensure all records balance.
Compile data for balance sheets and budget summaries, organize receipts, and provide documentation for internal or external audits.
Respond to inquiries regarding payment status and resolve billing disputes.
Japanese Accounting Assistant Qualifications:
- Japanese Speaking
