ROLE DESCRIPTION: As a team member at Rickey Shifko State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

• Our office is located in Proctorville Ohio.
• Our office is open Monday through Friday 9:00AM-5:30PM.
• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
• Our agency has received awards including: Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Bronze Tablet, and New Agent Program Qualifier
