We’re growing our CNC machine shop in Phoenix, AZ and opening two positions for a Precision CNC Lathe Setup & Operations Technician. If you thrive on tight tolerances, clean setups, and team collaboration, you’ll fit right in.

- Configure and run CNC lathes to meet print requirements and quality targets.
- Monitor machine performance; adjust tooling, offsets, and parameters to maintain consistency and efficiency.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
- Verify part conformance using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools.
- Contribute to process improvements and help resolve production challenges with the team.
- Keep the work area safe and orderly while following all safety guidelines.
- Record production data accurately and maintain clear job documentation.
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical machining education/certification is a plus).
- Proven CNC lathe experience and a strong understanding of CNC programming concepts and machining methods.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications with confidence.
- Keen eye for detail and commitment to top-tier quality.
- Comfort operating independently and within a fast-moving team setting.
- Familiarity with quality control practices and use of precision gauges.
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive maintenance approach.
