Expectations and Tasks Lead analysis of customer situation and requirements, including business, program/project, IT, transformational, architecture, development, infrastructure, and operational topics. Lead engagement planning of Premium Engagement services to customer requirements, solutions, value propositions, and contract alignment, working with account teams, experts, partners, and executives. Lead engagement quality and execution, including governance, issue/escalation management, executive reporting, resource staffing, procurement, and delivery. Lead engineering services for end‑to‑end projects, including design, optimization, assessment, technical integration, validation, operations, and workshops. Education and Occupational Experience Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science or related field and seven (7) years of progressive post‑baccalaureate experience. Alternatively, a Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science or related field and five (5) years of experience. Qualifications / Skills and Competencies Experience must involve five (5) years in: SAP Premium Engagements Programs (Value Assurance, ActiveAttention, MaxAttention Delivery) SAP Premium Engagements Service Portfolio (MaxAttention Integration Validation) Architecture, Planning, and Design Services Customer Project Escalation (SAP Support, CIM, MCC, Backoffice) Experience must involve three (3) years in: SAP Digital Transformation Planning and Innovation
