Human Resources Expert

Starting Salary Hourly rate: $16.75 USD per hour. Job Overview The Human Resources Expert provides support to store teams by championing talent strategy, recruiting, training and compliance. The role requires knowledge of employment law, scheduling software, and an energetic, guest‑centric approach. Responsibilities Partner with the HR leader to forecast staffing needs and address specific talent requirements for the store and digital operations. Lead focused recruiting efforts to help store leaders find and hire qualified candidates. Support team member and leader training needs and advocate continuous learning. Act as an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices. Assist team members and leaders by listening, providing guidance, and collaborating to resolve issues. Deliver on all Human Resources processes and programs to maximize engagement and minimize disruption. Support compliance with company policies, employment laws, and risk mitigation. Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance while performing work in a safe manner. Qualifications Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members. Proficient communication skills and ability to use multiple frequency devices and handheld scanners. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and basic workforce management programs. Experience using scheduling software. Strong communication abilities and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑moving, physically demanding environment. Attention to detail and ability to follow multi‑step processes. Ability to remain focused, composed, and accomplish multiple tasks within time limits. Accurately handle cash register operations as needed. Physical ability to lift 10 lbs and occasionally 44 lbs, and to work in varying temperatures and humidity. Flexible and reliable, able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times.
