Project Accountant

Responsibilities Prepare and monitor budgets to ensure compliance with project goals Perform financial analysis to assess project profitability and projected costs Generate financial reports, including cost tracking and variance analysis Collaborate with project team to ensure financial alignment with project objectives Utilize construction management software to enhance cost management and improve data accuracy Prepare financial reports for monthly estimates and change orders Process accounts payables and receivables Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or equivalent experience in construction Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently Proven ability to collaborate and function effectively as part of a team Compensation Medical and dental insurance 401(k) Student loan reimbursement and/or tuition reimbursement Vehicle stipend, toll reimbursement, gas card Yearly bonus About Yonkers Contracting Company, Inc.
