Bilingual Account Manager
Virtual Vocations Inc
Fluent in both French and English, the full-time Bilingual Account Manager will develop and maintain client relationships, manage a client portfolio, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success in a 100% remote work environment. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain trust-based relationships with clients post-sale, implementing account management strategies for growth Advise clients on system adoption, analyze their needs, and suggest tailored solutions to achieve business objectives Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client goals are met and provide insights for product development Required qualifications Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken; a third language such as Portuguese is an asset Bachelor's degree in administration or a related field 3-4 years of experience in customer success account management or solution consulting 2-3 years of experience with SaaS or CRM solutions is a plus
