Orthopedic Physical Therapist (Contract Position) Clinic Setting | Contract | $50–$67/hour (Based on Experience)

We're seeking a contract Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic rehabilitation team in a clinic-based setting. In this role, you'll provide expert care to individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and musculoskeletal conditions. This flexible contract opportunity allows you to focus on delivering high-quality care while earning competitive hourly compensation.
Qualifications:
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain
- Prior experience in orthopedic physical therapy preferred (new grads with strong ortho interest encouraged to apply)
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and manual therapy skills
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients in a clinic setting with orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical rehab, joint injuries, fractures, and chronic musculoskeletal pain
- Create personalized treatment plans focused on strength, mobility, and functional recovery
- Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, modalities, and education to drive outcomes
- Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals for coordinated care
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve goals
- Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention and home programs
Compensation:
- Hourly rate: $50 to $67, based on experience and qualifications
