Trust Relationship Manager

This position is responsible for business development and the administration of various types of trusts, investment management accounts, IRAs, Powers of Attorney, and estates. Capability of managing a $50MM-plus portfolio, 100+ accounts, and generally producing $250,000 in total revenue. Essential Functions: Prospect new fiduciary services opportunities. Maintain current client relationships and develop new client relationships in the areas of investment management, trust administration, IRAs, Power of Attorney, and estates. Collaborate with internal teams, Centers of Influence, and other business lines to perform joint calling activities and share prospect and customer opportunities. Manage account relationships in accordance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, legal or fiduciary requirements, and/or client direction. Comply with all policies and procedures and institute best fiduciary practices and risk management controls. Keep up to date on current trends and changes in the industry with regard to fiduciary practices. Represents the Bank in community activities and industry organizations to enhance the Bank’s image. Assist WS management with special projects and other duties as assigned. Understand and support Ephrata National Bank and the Wealth Solutions division’s mission. Required Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree required. 4-6 years of relevant experience required. Certified Trust & Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), or other designation preferred or in process of acquiring. Prior trust/wealth management experience demonstrating the ability to use discretion in the administration of complex, significant client relationships. Maintain a working knowledge of trust and investment products and services, as well as comply with trust policies, procedures, and applicable trust regulations. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to professionally interact with employees and clients. Ability to be effective under pressure. Ability to handle routine client requests, prioritize, problem solve, and multitask. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows operating environment. Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills. Competencies: ENB Operational and Functional Competencies Supervisory Requirements: This position has supervisory responsibilities. Salary: $70,803.33 - $102,000.00 Pay Transparency: Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive-eligible, with payment based on company, business, and/or individual performance. Work Environment: This job operates in a professional work environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, monitors, mouse, keyboards, phones, printers, scanners, photocopiers, filing cabinets, calculators, and fax machines. Due to the physical location of this position, ringing phones and people conversing can make it difficult to hear at times, which can be easily distracting. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Flexibility of schedule to meet business needs is required. Travel: This position may require travel.
