Key Account Executive at Van Drunen Farms About the role Van Drunen Farms is expanding and seeking a Key Account Executive to join our team. This position will focus on managing key client relationships and driving growth within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and account management, along with a commitment to achieving results. Key facts Location: Momence, Kankakee County Engagement: Permanent Compensation: $83,964 per year Team: Not specified What you'll do Manage and develop relationships with key accounts to drive sales growth. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded. Requirements A minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or sales. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Nice to have Experience in the food or agriculture industry. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools. Skills & tools Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategy.
