Onsite Staffing Manager / Recruiter – Warehouse
Location: Suwanee, GA

Schedule: Monday – Friday
Job Description
ERC Staffing is looking for a reliable, motivated, and organized Onsite Staffing Manager / Recruiter to oversee daily staffing operations at a warehouse facility in Suwanee, GA.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting employees, coordinating daily staffing needs, managing attendance, and maintaining strong communication with warehouse management.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, and hire warehouse employees.
- Manage daily onsite staffing operations.
- Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and performance.
- Coordinate employee schedules and shift assignments.
- Communicate with warehouse supervisors regarding staffing needs.
- Assist new employees with onboarding and orientation.
- Handle employee questions, concerns, and workplace issues.
- Track employee hours and assist with payroll and timekeeping.
- Ensure all positions are filled and staffing requirements are met.
- Maintain a professional relationship with employees and warehouse management.
Requirements
- Previous recruiting, staffing, or warehouse management experience preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and multitask.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
