We are unable to provide sponsorship at this moment" Job Title: Financial Analyst III Location: Plano, TX, 75023 Duration: 12 months Contract Pay Scale: $40/hr Job Description: Position Overview: We are seeking a Financial Analyst Level 3to support financial operations and expense management for the HR Security organization. This role will focus on budgeting, forecasting, Accounts Payable/invoice processing, expense tracking, financial analysis, and variance analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong finance/accounting background, solid Excel skills, and experience managing expenses and invoices against budgets and forecasts. Security industry experience is not required; the candidate should be comfortable learning the business and security programs. Key Responsibilities: Manage and tracksecurity-related expenses within the HR P&L. Monitor actual spending againstbudget and forecastand identify variances. Supportbudget planning and forecasting, including preparation for future fiscal-year budgets. Processinvoices, approval forms, and payment-related documentation. Ensure invoices and financial requests are properly reviewed and approved. Conductyear-over-year spend analysisand evaluate current and projected expenses. Analyze spending to identifysavings, over/under budget conditions, and root causes of variances. Prepare financial analysis required forprogram and expense approvals. Work closely withFinance/BM, HR, and Security stakeholdersto ensure accurate expense tracking and financial planning. Track expenses throughout the year and provide visibility intoactual vs. planned spending. Support programs from theinitial approval stage through invoice processing, ongoing expense management, and contract renewal. Required Qualifications: Finance, accounting, financial analysis, or related experience. Experience withAccounts Payable and/or invoice processing. StrongMicrosoft Excelskills. Experience withbudgeting and forecasting. Understanding ofaccruals and expense management. Experience withvariance analysis and spend tracking. Ability to work effectively withFinance, HR, and business stakeholders. Education: Bachelor's degree inFinance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related fieldpreferred.
