Corporate M&A Associate (4–7 Years) Locations: Austin, Dallas, or Houston, Texas A premier corporate practice is seeking a Corporate M&A Associate with 4–7 years of law firm experience to join a high-performing transactional team in Texas. This role is ideal for an associate ready to take on significant responsibility, lead complex deal work, and partner closely with clients on strategic business matters. The Opportunity You’ll be deeply involved in sophisticated mergers and acquisitions and other complex corporate transactions, representing both public and private companies. The position offers early responsibility, meaningful client interaction, and the chance to further develop leadership skills within a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
