Kidney Transplant Nurse Practitioner - San Francisco, CA | Outpatient Transplant Care

*Opportunity Information* Sutter West Bay Medical Group (SWBMG) is seeking a *Nurse Practitioner* to join our *Kidney Transplant Program* in San Francisco. This is a *full-time outpatient opportunity* to provide comprehensive care and long-term follow-up for kidney transplant recipients, donors, and candidates in collaboration with a multidisciplinary transplant team.
