Position Overview: We are seeking a Tax Manager to serve as the subject matter expert for all tax-related matters for the company. Key Responsibilities:

• Tax Strategy & Compliance: Develop and oversee comprehensive tax strategies to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the go-to resource for income, sales, use, payroll, real estate, and other tax-related matters.
• Reporting & Filings: Manage and review all tax returns, filings, and related documentation to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Audit & Risk Management: Lead tax audits and proactively address potential tax exposures or risks.
• Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders, external advisors, and regulatory agencies to provide insights and support for tax-related initiatives and transactions.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline tax processes and optimize compliance efficiency.
