Staff Accountant

Beacon Hill

West Grove, PA

Growing healthcare manufacturing company seeking a Staff Accountant with a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, strong Excel skills, and experience supporting general accounting functions. Responsibilities: Prepare bank reconciliations and maintain the general ledger. Assist with month-end and year-end close activities. Prepare financial statements and internal reports. Analyze financial data and investigate discrepancies. Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and audit support. Utilize Excel for reporting, analysis, and data management. Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies.
