Phlebotomy Technician II: Lead Collections & Training
Novant Health
Novant Health in Wilmington, NC seeks a phlebotomy team member to perform all collection procedures and ensure policy compliance. The role includes assisting in orientation and training of staff on equipment and software.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, complete an accredited phlebotomy program, and obtain phlebotomy certification within 12 months of hire. One year of phlebotomy experience is preferred and strong communication is essential.
