• SRSMG is a large, physician-led, multi-specialty group that offers patients convenient, coordinated & integrated care
• Ophthalmology services are offered at 7 site locations
• Group provides patients a full range of services across 29 different specialties
• All clinics have a lead RN, triage RN, LVNs and 1:1 Provider/MA ratio plus operations team
• Integrated EMR system allows for seamless communication among group PCP's & specialists
• Group has 200+ primary care providers throughout the county; built in referral system

Requirements/Preferred Experience

• Must be board-eligible/board-certified physician in Ophthalmology

Position Details

• 4-day workweek schedule
• Average patient load is 23-25 patients per clinic day
• New consults
• Follow-Up
• Office based surgery/minor procedures
• Practice will be general ophthalmology patients

• General Ophthalmology call is taken 1 week at a time, about 3-4 weeks/year

• User friendly work schedule with excellent support staff and collegial work environment
• If fellow, will be required to become board certified within first two years of employment

• Salary Range: $350,000-$579,000+ Salary range may include productivity/bonuses. Compensation is subject to the individual department compensation plans. Additional information is discussed during the recruitment process.
