Branch Receptionist (Onsite, Tallahassee, Fl)

This position will require onsite work on a weekly basis.

Basic Function: To serve as a positive first point of contact for all incoming clients and callers by assisting with basic inquiries, directing more complex questions to the appropriate associates, and providing additional support to the operational team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls timely, professionally, and distribute to associates as needed.
• Greet and assist walk-in clients in a professional and pleasant manner.
• Process and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail.
• Maintain conference rooms and meeting spaces.
• Keep office refreshments stocked and order when needed.
• Carry out closing checklist tasks daily.
• Assist office staff with projects, as directed through Supervisor.
• Carry out scanning of any necessary mail or other documents.
• Comply with all federal, state and insurance regulations as relates to the position.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required, BA or BS
• Minimum of 3-5 years of customer service experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office product suite

Physical/Other Requirements:

• May sit at workstation for extended periods of time.
• May view computer screen for extended periods of time.
• Periods of fast pace are normal particularly when working to meet deadlines.
