A member-focused financial services organization in Oxnard, CA is seeking a Licensed Financial Advisor for a direct hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven advisor who enjoys helping clients understand their financial options, build strong financial habits, and work toward long-term goals through education, planning, and investment guidance.

The Licensed Financial Advisor will work in a supportive, community-oriented credit union environment where personalized service, ethical recommendations, and long-term member relationships are central to success. Key Responsibilities

- Meet with members to assess financial needs, discuss goals, and provide sound financial recommendations.
- Recommend and open investment advisory accounts when appropriate and within licensing requirements.
- Service investment advisory accounts through periodic and annual reviews to evaluate progress toward financial goals.
- Develop and execute business development plans to increase financial advisory sales, service levels, and member engagement.
- Generate prospects through outbound calls, branch partnerships, seminars, community events, networking, online marketing, and referrals.
- Conduct financial education seminars and provide branch employee training on investment and financial planning topics.

Compensation and Benefits

- Direct hire opportunity.
- Salary range: $65,000 to $90,000 per year.
- Location: Oxnard, CA.
- Non-exempt position.
- Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with some overtime as needed.
- Occasional meetings before or after scheduled hours may be required.
- Occasional travel may be required for one-day seminars or out-of-area conferences.
