Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Logistics Account Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Westminster, CA. Key Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts, maintaining consistent communication and strong client relationships. Coordinate with sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure timely, accurate delivery of logistics and service solutions. Manage customer inquiries, service requests, account updates, and issue resolution with professionalism and attention to detail. Track account activity, customer needs, and key performance metrics while maintaining accurate records in CRM and operational systems. Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with sales teams to support retention and business development efforts. Support customer meetings, presentations, occasional onsite visits, and special projects as assigned. Compensation and Benefits Direct hire opportunity. Salary range: $60,000 to $73,000 per year. Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, day shift. In-person work location.
