Norwegian Customer Advisor for Lisbon Office

The Compensation & Benefits Package Base Salary: Typically around €1400/month. Bonuses: Performance bonuses of €100+ per month are commonly included. Meal Allowance: Usually around €150/month. Additional Perks: Health and life insurance from day one, language training, and often relocation packages for international hires. Work Environment & Schedule Work Model: Positions typically start on-site in Lisbon (e.g., in the Sete Rios area) for initial training, with a transition to hybrid or remote work after 3 to 6 months. Schedule: Many accounts offer a Monday to Friday schedule (between 08:00 and 18:00). Accounts: Norwegian speakers often support major global client accounts—such as Beko appliances or leading global retail brands Key Responsibilities Provide high‑quality customer support via inbound calls. Analyze and resolve customer inquiries efficiently. Provide clear information on administrative and technical topics (products, billing, etc.). Perform accurate data updates in internal systems.
