Customer Service Specialist – French Speaker | Airline Industry Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-Site) Start Date: 09 July 2026 Contract: 6-month renewable Languages: French (C1+), English (B2) About the Role Join one of the world's leading airline companies as a Customer Service Specialist and become the trusted point of contact for passengers worldwide. You will support customers with travel-related inquiries and help ensure a smooth and positive travel experience by providing professional and empathetic assistance. Key Responsibilities Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat Assist with reservations, flight changes, cancellations, and general inquiries Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high service quality Escalate complex cases when needed and collaborate with internal teams Deliver a customer‑first experience with professionalism and empathy Requirements French: C1 or higher (spoken and written) English: B2 minimum Strong communication and problem-solving skills Positive and customer‑oriented mindset Previous customer service experience is a plus (not mandatory) Availability to work rotational shifts Candidates must have the legal right to work in Portugal Schedule Monday to Sunday — rotational shifts between 08:00 and 21:00 2 rotational days off per week Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: €930 gross/month × 14 salaries/year Attendance Bonus: €75 gross/month × 11 months/year Meal Allowance: €7.63/day net Additional Benefits Health insurance from Day 1 (upon NIF & NISS registration) – free after 6 months Fully paid training program International and multicultural work environment Career growth opportunities within the company #J-18808-Ljbffr CBTALENTS
