Pay & Schedule $750 Sign-On Bonus $20.25.25-$23.00 per hour Part-time role School day hours: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM availability required Basic Requirements

Pay & Schedule $750 Sign-On Bonus $20.25.25-$23.00 per hour Part-time role School day hours: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM availability required Basic Requirements
- High School Diploma + one of the following:
- At least one completed college course
- Currently enrolled in college
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license & insurance
- Passion for working with children (experience a plus!)
- Bilingual skills are a bonus
- Physical requirements: Active role including standing, bending, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs while engaging with children.
- Work 1:1 with students in a school-based setting using ABA (we train you!)
- Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills
- Be part of a team that loves the climb-showing up each day to support meaningful progress
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and supervisors
