Both experienced SLP-CCC professionals and well-qualified Clinical Fellows (CFYs) are encouraged to apply, provided all Michigan licensing requirements are met. Positions are available for immediate start and extend through June 2027.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Speech Language Pathology license in Michigan; CFYs must hold a temporary state license
• SLP-CCC strongly preferred; CFYs may be considered (Flint locations prioritize those with a current, established supervisor)
• Ability to provide an official university transcript prior to district consideration
• Previous experience or comfort supporting the unique challenges students face in urban educational settings is valued
• Passionate about collaborating to provide creative resources for diverse student populations
• Strong preference for onsite candidates; those seeking VOCO opportunities must bring proven, relevant experience and independence

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services for K–12 students, adapting to a spectrum of needs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to develop and implement individualized strategies
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and maintain thorough documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
