Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized instruction and interventions aligned with student IEPs
• Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and support staff to ensure inclusive learning experiences
• Maintain accurate and timely records, including IEP documentation and progress reports
• Foster a positive, encouraging classroom environment that promotes academic, emotional, and social growth
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and parent conferences
