Job Description

Ferguson Electric's Highway Division is seeking a full-time Project Manager to lead and oversee all phases of assigned projects from initiation through completion. This role is responsible for coordinating pre-construction and construction activities while working closely with the Project Engineer/Assistant Project Manager and Project Foreman. The Project Manager will also serve as a key point of contact with customers and inspection teams to ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all applicable requirements and standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of assigned projects from commencement through final completion
• Manage projects in accordance with contract specifications, code requirements, company safety policies, and OSHA regulations
• Monitor and manage project financial performance through ongoing job forecasting and cost control
• Lead pre-construction meetings to ensure a seamless transition from estimating to field operations
• Collaborate with prefabrication and construction departments to support project execution
• Coordinate activities between Ferguson Electric field crews, subcontractors, utility companies, and customer inspection teams
• Oversee utility relocations and related construction activities, when applicable
• Ensure timely completion of all project closeout documentation and procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of construction xhyhwjd project management experience required
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines
• Knowledge of construction practices, project scheduling, and budgeting
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety standards preferred
