Outside Sales, District Manager - New England At Delta Defense, you won’t just lead a sales team — you’ll lead a mission in the field. As a District Manager in our Outside Sales organization, you’ll lead a team of driven sales professionals across New England, helping expand our reach and serve responsible firearm owners who believe in protecting themselves and the people they love. This is a role for a leader who knows how to set the pace, coach with purpose, and build a team that wins the right way. You’ll drive territory growth, strengthen partner relationships, and help your team pursue ambitious goals with discipline, accountability, and follow-through. POSITION SUMMARY:
This role is responsible for leading and developing a team of Outside Sales Account Executives across a defined territory. As District Manager - New England, you will drive territory growth through disciplined prospecting, strong account management, and meaningful relationship-building with ranges, retailers, and industry partners. You will set the standard for performance, accountability, and field execution while giving your team the coaching, support, and leadership they need to win. In this hands-on leadership role, lead with humility, build trust quickly, and commit to serving responsible firearm owners through strong partnerships and relentless follow-through. * This position requires travel in the following territory: Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont * Ideal qualified candidates reside in or near the territory above. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Travel within assigned territory at least 10 days per month, to include field visits with team members and official partners for relationship building and market development. * Select, train, and develop outside sales account executives in assigned territory. * Develop and implement a territory specific sales plan for maximum opportunity and consistent with company objectives. Assist in identification of new locations for expansion. * Support the personal and professional development of direct reports through defined performance objectives and coaching. Maintain staffing levels through talent acquisition, development, and retention. * Partner with region’s Sales Trainer to ensure success in the following deliverables:- Identification of target ranges and instructors
- Communication of USCCA value proposition to range owners
- Securing MSA/W9 documentation as a part of the Official Partner Program
- Gaining access to classes
- Improving conversion rates
- Assist and coach our outside sales efforts and construct sales development
- Extensive Experience in sales goals forecasting and expense management.
- Familiarity with or experience in firearms industry and/or gun range and
- Knowledge of territory, related markets and clients.

- Base annual salary: $62,315
- Commission: 1.75% of Total Contract Value (TCV) generated within your
