Job Description Job Description Great Benefits!! Wisconsin based company is looking for a Payroll Specialist to become part of their large team! Must have experience with commission/bonus based payrolls with varying pay plans. Key Responsibilities * Process payroll for multiple locations, including commission based and flat rate pay structures * Utilize various software applications and Excel spreadsheets * Post payroll to the general ledger and reconcile payroll related schedules * Assist with HR functions, including onboarding and responding to employee inquiries * Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive payroll data Qualifications * Minimum of 2 years experience in payroll processing with a strong understanding of commission based pay. * Proficiency in Excel and strong mathematical skills * Ability to manage multiple tasks with a high level of accuracy * Experience working in a fast paced, high volume environment * Excellent organizational skills and team oriented * Basic accounting knowledge is helpful Competitive benefits package, including Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance. 401K with contribution.
