Great Benefits!! Wisconsin based company is looking for a Payroll Specialist to become part of their large team!
_ ** **Must have experience with commission/bonus based payrolls with varying pay plans.****_
Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll for multiple locations, including commission based and flat rate pay structures
- Utilize various software applications and Excel spreadsheets
- Post payroll to the general ledger and reconcile payroll related schedules
- Assist with HR functions, including onboarding and responding to employee inquiries
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive payroll data
** Qualifications **
- ** Minimum of 2 years experience ** in payroll processing with a strong understanding of commission based pay.
- Proficiency in Excel and strong mathematical skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Experience working in a fast paced, high volume environment
- Excellent organizational skills and team oriented
- Basic accounting knowledge is helpful
