This position is part of an administrative team that supports a busy, passionate group of science and laboratory staff. The work of this position is critical to supporting the mission of the Bureau. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proven dependability, and a commitment to supporting team success through excellent communications and a collaborative mindset. This position's ability to adapt and prioritize in a dynamic environment ensures that the administrative side runs smoothly and efficiently. Maintain organized records to support operational needs. Assist with procurement, inventory tracking, and supply management. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
