Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an ICU Float Pool position on a night shift schedule, requiring 2+ years of ICU experience and an active NC or compact RN license.

Details

• Night shift position with hours from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
• Assignment is 13 weeks in duration
• Staffing Pool ICU float pool setting within a hospital environment

Requirements

• Active NC or compact RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience required
• Current BLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted)
• Current ACLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted)
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required for ICU RNs
• No certifications expiring within the first 30 days of the assignment start date
• US SSN and date of birth required for consideration
• At least one professional reference required
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible for this position
• Float pool role requiring flexibility across ICU units
