The role works under supervision and follows established procedures for receiving, storage, and procurement transactions.What You Will Be Doing:Goods ReceivingReceive incoming shipments, verify contents against packing slips/POs, and inspect for damage or discrepanciesUnpack, sort, and stage received goods for storage or deliveryMaintain accurate records of receipts and flag discrepancies to [supervisor/buyer]Storage & Internal LogisticsMaintain organized, accurate storage of inventory and materials per established locations and labeling systemsDeliver parcels and packages to internal recipients/offices in a timely mannerFollow safety and handling procedures for materials storage and movementKitting & Procurement SupportSupport kitting activities for production/build needs on an as-needed basis (light volume)Enter and push through purchase requisitions for small, low-complexity orders under the company's defined dollar threshold, in the ERP system, under supervisionEscalate PO issues above the defined threshold, or any discrepancies, to [supervisor/buyer]Required qualifications:2+ years of relevant experience in warehouse, receiving, or logistics support1+ year of relevant experience in procurement supportAbility to follow detailed procedures and escalate issues appropriatelyBasic computer literacy (data entry, email)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work in a warehouse/office hybrid environmentNice to have:Prior experience with shipping/receiving, stockroom, or general office logisticsFamiliarity with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)Forklift or material-handling equipment certification (or willingness to train)Additional Requirements This is a fast-paced, high-impact environment - flexibility to occasionally work extended hours or weekends during critical periods is expected.$80,000 - $110,000 a yearThis is a full time, exempt position, based out of our Saratoga, CA office. The total compensation packaged will be determined by various factors such as your relevant job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We are redefining how satellites are designed, manufactured and used—so we're looking for candidates with passion, deep knowledge and direct experience on LEO satellite component development, design and in-orbit activities. If that's your experience – then we'll be immediately wow-ed.
