Program Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Media space. This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a Media environment. Location: New York, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $200,000 – $250,000 annually Responsibilities Own end-to-end delivery for complex, multi-workstream initiatives across diverse teams Establish and maintain program governance frameworks with effective status reporting Partner with senior stakeholders to define project scope and prioritize deliverables Drive dependency management and proactively mitigate risks to ensure smooth delivery Facilitate collaboration across engineering, product, legal, compliance, and operations teams Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation models, and delivery roadmaps Introduce best practices for program management, enhancing organizational delivery discipline Qualifications 6+ years of program or project management experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives Experience managing technology and operational integrations post-M&A, including workstream coordination Hands-on delivery and problem-solving expertise; proficient with Confluence and JIRA Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to convey complex topics simply Exceptional attention to detail with proficiency in both strategic and detailed execution Ability to provide structure and governance in fast-moving, ambiguous environments Excellent written and verbal communication skills Benefits Onsite work requirement in NYC office for a minimum of 4 days per week Opportunities for performance incentives and bonuses Engagement in a fast-paced environment at the intersection of traditional finance and digital assets Our client is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
