Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized counseling and therapy sessions with clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to assess their mental health needs.

• Employ diagnostic tools and clinical assessments to develop tailored treatment plans that respond to the unique psychological profiles of clients.

• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, in adherence to organizational policies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprised of psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic treatment approaches for clients.

• Facilitate crisis interventions and therapeutic responses for clients experiencing emotional distress or behavioral challenges, outlining immediate action plans.

• Engage in regular consultations with family members or support networks to coordinate care, treatment plans, and discharge strategies based on psychosocial assessments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele that includes children, adolescents, and adults dealing with a broad range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
