Job Responsibilities • Perform cardiac and thoracic surgical procedures involving the heart, lungs, and chest • Manage comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative patient care • Evaluate patients and develop individualized surgical treatment plans • Collaborate closely with cardiology, anesthesiology, and critical care teams • Monitor patient recovery and adjust treatment plans as necessary • Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and quality improvement initiatives • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and surgical records Qualifications • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiothoracic Surgery • Eligibility for Ohio medical licensure • Strong expertise in cardiac and thoracic surgical procedures • Commitment to patient-centered surgical care and outcomes Working Hours Full-Time Physician Position Schedule includes surgical procedures, inpatient care, and collaborative cardiovascular program responsibilities.
