Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients entering the detox program.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that address the multifaceted issues related to substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.

• Providing individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on evidence-based therapeutic modalities that support recovery.

• Collaborating with medical teams, including physicians and nurses, to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients.

• Facilitating family therapy sessions to address dynamics that may affect recovery, focusing on relationships and communication.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Staying current with clinical best practices and participating in regular training and development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will be centered on a diverse range of clients, including those with alcohol abuse issues, psychological trauma, grief and loss, family conflicts, and more. You will be instrumental in helping clients navigate complex family dynamics, such as blended families and separation challenges. By providing individualized support, you will help clients work through their unique circumstances, ultimately fostering a healthier mindset and lifestyle.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

• A valid and active state license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field. A Master’s degree in Social Work is preferred.
