Sr. Payroll Analyst

Join a cutting-edge global organization as a Senior Payroll Analyst and play a vital role in delivering reliable, compliant, and scalable payroll operations across multiple countries. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to collaborate with innovative systems, including Workday Payroll, CloudPay, and ADP, while partnering with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. You'll be integral in troubleshooting complex payroll issues, supporting system configurations, and driving continuous process improvements on a global scale.Key Responsibilities:Investigate and troubleshoot payroll discrepancies by analyzing root causes and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.Assist with payroll system configuration, testing, and process enhancements.Collaborate with providers like Workday, CloudPay, and ADP to ensure accurate payroll processing.Maintain detailed documentation, including standard operating procedures, process maps, and controls.Analyze payroll data to identify discrepancies, risks, and opportunities for optimization.Support compliance activities, including audits and regulatory reporting.Participate in vendor governance, project updates, and global payroll initiatives.Required Skills:Minimum of 2 years' experience in payroll, HR operations, or related analytical functions.Proven support experience with global payroll platforms such as Workday, CloudPay, or ADP.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.Effective communicator with the ability to interpret technical and non-technical information.Comfort working across different systems, vendors, and international time zones.Nice-to-Have Skills:Experience supporting payroll implementations, migrations, or system upgrades.Knowledge of payroll reporting, reconciliations, and internal controls.Familiarity with global payroll compliance and country-specific payroll requirements.Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or BI platforms.Payroll certification or progress toward relevant professional credentials.Preferred Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.Practical experience supporting multi-country payroll operations and vendor management.Other Requirements:This is a fully remote position.Ability to ramp quickly, operate autonomously, and take ownership of responsibilities.Flexibility to support global payroll coverage as needed.Elevate your career by contributing your payroll expertise to a dynamic, high-growth environment.
