Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patient needs for occupational therapy services, developing individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver acute disorder and chronic disorder management interventions.
• Utilize functional activities to enhance patient recovery and independence.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Adapt to various work areas within the hospital, including acute, medical, ICU, and inpatient rehab facilities.
• Maintain accurate patient records using Epic charting system.

Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Washington state, or compact state licensure.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in acute care and adult rehabilitation settings.
• Proficiency with Epic charting system preferred.
• Ability to manage a caseload of 8-9 patients per day efficiently.
• Experience in edema massage, functional splints, and kinesiotaping preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills, team player, and ability to adapt to diverse patient needs.
