RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engage new and existing customers with professionalism and care.
• Communicate fluently in both Spanish and English to assist our diverse customer base.
• Educate customers on insurance options using a needs-based approach.
• Generate leads, schedule appointments, and market products and services.
• Support clients with policy changes, billing, claims, and more.

Wellington Hawkins is a dedicated State Farm Insurance Agent, bringing both personal commitment and professional expertise to every policyholder relationship. After graduating from Francis Marion University in 2003 , he went on to earn an MBA in Finance from Jacksonville University (2007) and a Master of Organizational Leadership from Quinnipiac University .

Wellingtons deep understanding of business, finance, and leadershipcombined with a genuine passion for service, makes him a trusted insurance resource in Jacksonville. His background includes military service as a U.S. Air Force Reserve Captain (20032012), where he developed the discipline and strategic mindset that guide his approach to customer care today.

He is an active member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. , and proudly participates in the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce . His office also gives back locally through sponsorships such as Sandalwood High School , showing a deep commitment to the communitys growth and future.
