Launchpad Hospitality is hiring a Sous Chef to join the team at Nami Nori's new Virginia Beach location, an iconic restaurant where Pharrell Williams is a partner. We're looking for someone energetic, experienced, and ready to take on a leadership role-someone passionate about great food, exceptional service, and inspiring a team. Nami Nori was the first to specialize in open-style sushi hand rolls in New York City. Our mission is to build a global fanbase for temaki through omotenashi-the Japanese art of gracious hospitality.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Sous Chef supports the Chef de Cuisine in all kitchen operations. This includes food production, coaching and training, ordering & inventory, and maintaining department of health standards and compliance with all regulations..
