Senior Specialist - Revenue Operations

Coordinating the activities of the billing process and performing complex billing duties Preparing and analyzing complex client billing requests Creating, editing, and finalizing bills in accordance with firm and client requirements and billing attorney directives Reviewing proformas, handling subsequent corrections, and coordinating e-billing Preparing and finalizing invoices in line with internal and external regulation and legislation Ensuring successful delivery of invoices and coordinating with revenue and e-billing teams for submission Generating and reviewing proformas from 3E for informational and billing purposes Utilizing computerized billing and payable software modules to complete the billing process and client refunds Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains Requirements A high school diploma or equivalent A bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in a legal, accounting, finance, or equivalent industry, preferably Superior ability to communicate confidently and effectively at all levels within an organization Proven ability to manage your workload and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines Demonstrated strong technology skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience using financial systems, preferably Hard Skills billing process client billing requests invoices e-billing proformas billing corrections financial systems client refunds Soft Skills communication workload management task prioritization deadline management Certifications & Qualifications high school diploma bachelor's degree #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
