Lead Information Security Analyst In Cybersecurity Supporting Identity And Access Management (Iam)Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Information Security Analyst in Cybersecurity supporting Identity and Access Management (IAM). The Lead Information Security Analyst will be responsible for Application Onboarding and Integration to IAM control solutions for policy compliance. This lead position will engage application and line of business teams including senior leadership required to enforce onboarding, adoption and integration to IAM approved solutions. This position will support the modernization and engagement model for IAM requirements into Sunrise, IAM critical initiatives, control execution and regulatory requirements. In this role, you will:Provide advanced information security consultation for all aspects of information security compliance policy, risk management, and remediationDirect information security risk assessment and research, and recommend remediation plans and strategiesInfluence stakeholders on net new or on material changes to an asset to influence control decisionsProvide consulting on security risk assessment and research, and recommend remediation plans and strategiesAct as more experienced lead to the organization to develop security risk awareness and mitigating actionsConsult the organization on complex security issues and findingsManage the most complex and critical information assetsEvaluate and interpret internal and companywide information security policies, processes, standards, and participate with more experienced leaders in decision making on information securityServe as information security lead to advise on the development and delivery of Information Security Education and AwarenessCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level to more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsLead projects and teamsCoordinate with vendor manager on third party assets to manage information security risksServe as a mentor to less experienced staffRequired Qualifications:5+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education5+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project or product management, implementation, or strategic planning2+ years experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with a strong focus on application onboarding, integration and adoption across enterprise environments.Desired Qualifications:Deep understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms, authentication protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, Kerberos) and access control models (e.g., RBAC, ABAC, PBAC).Demonstrated ability to design and implement secure onboarding processes and workflows for new applications, ensuring alignment with organizational security policies and compliance requirement5+ years of business systems analysis or design experience2+ years of change management experienceKnowledge and understanding of operation work flows/processesKnowledge and understanding of governance and compliance expected from providing solutions in systems and technology domainsRisk analysis and quantification experienceClient relationship management experienceExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to interact with all levels of an organizationKnowledge and understanding of full life cycle application developmentAbility to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationshipsAbility to grasp complex business issues quickly, recommend solutions, and drive for resolutionsAbility to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple prioritiesAbility to articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and managementAdvanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access) skillsAdvanced Microsoft Visio skillsKnowledge and understanding of SharePointAbility to facilitate meetings among remote resourcesAbility to present to multiple levels of managementExperience in the financial services industryJob Expectations:This position requires working from one of the posted locations in a hybrid environment. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location.
