Must be comfortable in a rural critical access setting. Patient Volume: 10-15 BLS ACLS and PALS required Board Certified will consider board eligible CV needs to be Agency Branded at time of submittal NY License in Hand Epic Experience Required Agency must pay app fee - 75 APP 150 MD AHA or RQI certs Ensure that the work history is up to date Ensure there are no gaps of 30 days If malpractice is involved dismissed or not we need a physician statement Cannot accept Residents or Fellow Please always include email phone for the candidate Shift Info: Day 5x8-Hour 07:00 - 15:00
