Overview Job Title: Construction Counsel / Partner – Charlotte (Wilmington-Focused) Compensation: Competitive, commensurate with senior-level experience (TBD) The Firm: A well-established firm is expanding its Charlotte office with the addition of a senior construction litigator. With active matters and clients in Wilmington, the firm offers a strong platform to build out this practice area—backed by leadership support and long-term strategic investment. Role Overview This Counsel or Partner-level position is ideal for a litigator with deep experience in construction and civil disputes. You’ll take the lead on complex matters, help shape the future direction of the practice, and leverage existing regional work while growing the client base.
