Full-Time Licensed Vocational Nurses (L.V.N.s) and Registered Nurses (R.N.s) - Austin, Texas

We are seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurses (L.V.N.s) and Registered Nurses (R.N.s) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to residents as prescribed by the physician and in accordance with standards of nursing practices, regulations, and directed by the Director of Nursing.
• Lead or direct licensed and non-professional staff in the delivery of direct resident care and support functions.
• Make nursing assignments appropriate to the skill level of employees.
• Maintain acceptable standards of patient care.
• Cooperate and maintain good rapport with nursing staff, medical staff, other departments, and visitors.
• Obtain and document nursing history from the patient and/or significant others that is comprehensive of present conditions and prior problems.
• Record vital signs, notes, and changes.

Requirements:

• Current L.V.N. or R.N. license in the state of Texas.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Passion for providing exceptional patient care and improving outcomes.

Shift: 10-6 with a rotating pattern
