Customer Account Coach — Renewals & Payments

The Aaron's Company, Inc. is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to support payment collections and lease renewals. You will engage customers by phone and in person, explain lease benefits, and work toward ownership. Responsibilities include updating store system records, contacting customers who have not renewed leases, and assisting the team in meeting revenue and renewal goals with professional service. The position offers an hourly pay range of $14.75 to $15.50 with incentive pay based on #J-18808-Ljbffr The Aaron's Company, Inc.
