Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $56.95/hour

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple ICU settings, including ICU, CIVCU, NICU, SICU, MICU, TICU, and Burn ICU
• Float between ICUs as needed, maintaining flexibility and clinical excellence
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and implement physician orders
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document care accurately using Epic EMR system
• Adhere to unit protocols, safety standards, and hospital policies

What You Need

• Valid RN license in Louisiana or compact license applicable to Louisiana
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Epic EMR experience required
• BLS and ACLS certifications; CPI & CCRN preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and float across ICUs as needed
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
