AI Product Owner

Job Overview The Vice President, AI Product Owner is a strategic leader responsible for envisioning and executing the firm’s AI product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives. They will leverage their expertise in financial services and AI technology to identify innovation opportunities, enhance client experiences, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive development and delivery of AI solutions. Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for AI initiatives from ideation to production. Develop and articulate a strategic vision for scalable AI products aligned with business objectives and user needs. Define long‑term technology product development roadmaps, key features/capabilities, and manage development cycles with clear schedules, deliverables, and milestones. Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high‑quality delivery of AI solutions. Produce and deliver functional and non‑functional requirements for engineering teams. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners. Communicate product updates, milestones, and potential impacts to senior leadership. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years focused on AI products. Core Competencies Deep understanding of the financial services industry, particularly wealth management. Experience with deep learning, large language models (LLMs), and data science concepts. Experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle), distributed technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark), and cloud‑based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). Preferences Agile and/or SAFe trainings and certifications. Knowledge of UI/UX fundamental principles. Experience with programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, R). Pay Range $145,280‑$217,920 per year. Actual base salary varies based on factors such as skill, experience, education, and geographic location.
