Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for AI initiatives from ideation to production Develop and articulate a strategic vision for scalable AI products aligned with business objectives and user needs Define long-term technology product development roadmaps, key features/capabilities, and manage the development cycles with clear schedules, deliverables and milestones Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of AI solutions Produce and deliver functional and non-functional requirements for engineering teams Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners Communicate product updates, milestones, and potential impacts to senior leadership Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with AI product development What are we looking for? Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, Finance or a related field. Advanced degree preferred Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years focused on AI products Core Competencies: Deep understanding of the financial services industry, particularly in the areas wealth management Experience with deep learning, large language models (LLMs), and data science concepts Experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle), distributed technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) Preferences: Agile and/or SAFe trainings and certifications Knowledge of UI/UX fundamental principles Experience with a programming or scripting languages (e.g. Python, R) Pay Range: $145,280-$217,920/year Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
